Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use NoteMigrator for personal or commercial use on your devices.

• One license per purchase
• May be installed on multiple devices owned by you
• No redistribution or resale permitted
• Includes free updates and bug fixes

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide valid credentials for Evernote and OneNote accounts
• Ensure you have the right to migrate the content you process
• Back up your data before performing migrations
• Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the software

4. Service Availability

NoteMigrator relies on third-party APIs from Evernote and Microsoft. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if these providers:

• Change or deprecate their APIs
• Experience service outages
• Modify authentication requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to update the software to maintain compatibility.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

• Contact support@notemigrator.com within 7 days
• Provide your purchase details
• Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. After 7 days, all sales are final.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoteMigrator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% successful migration of all notes
• Perfect preservation of all formatting
• Compatibility with all note types and attachments
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We recommend backing up your data before migration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteMigrator and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Lost profits or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue features that rely on deprecated third-party services

9. Support

Email support is provided for technical issues and questions. We aim to respond within 48 hours during business days. Support includes:

10. Termination

Your license continues until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and may delete it from your devices.
